It’s Not Always About the Location..

I have captured weddings in Miami, Napa Valley, and Antarctica. I’ve worked with my couples to celebrate their engagements on yachts, in local parks, and at historic buildings. While the location and the backdrop make a huge difference to your photography experience, I will admit, it’s not everything!

Trump National Doral in Miami is absolutely stunning, the whole landscape provides an endless scene of fountains, gardens, and greenery. And it’s all wide open with nothing obstructing the background, rare in a city like Miami! But, the stone terrace with skyline views and endless clouds was one of my favorite spots on location. I was able to capture my gorgeous bride in a setting befitting of her fairytale gown!

The inside of this venue is on par with what you might come to expect of a high-end wedding venue in Miami. It’s always been my belief that any venue can be transformed with the right planning & design along with a couple who have a unique vision. But my eye as a wedding photographer is drawn to the window front reception room! You’ll get to see the contrast in the lighting of Ashley & John’s reception from day to night and what a difference the right amount of lighting can have on your wedding photography!
