Lendy & Jose’s Miami Engagement Photoshoot took place on their boat with the gorgeous skyline view of downtown Miami far off in the distance!

This engagement session has to have been one of my favorite sessions ever! From the couple’s own idea to use their boat for the session (the groom is totally boat obsessed!) to their gorgeous attire for the day, right down to popping a bottle of champagne on the shores of Miami - the entire day was absolute perfection!

I love when my couples are not afraid to ‘go for it’ during their engagement photoshoots. Drawing on the unique and personal aspects of their life together is what makes the magic come alive in front of the camera. In Lendy and Jose’s case, it was adding their boat into the mix! Funny story about the boat though, at one point we docked the boat while I was photographing them and the boat decided to make a getaway of its own. Jose had to jump into the water (minus a few pieces of clothing) to swim after it and re-dock it!

Aside from that very small incident with re-docking the boat, everything went off without a hitch! My bride to be looked beyond gorgeous in full hair and makeup and a long sleeve blush-colored shimmery gown, a nude-colored manicure to match her gown, and she ditched her shoes for the day! PS: wait until you see the close up of her engagement ring! My groom-to-be wore a short sleeve white button-down shirt untucked, and a pair of relaxed khakis.

The engagement photoshoot was topped off when Lendy and Jose popped a bottle of Veuve in celebration of their love and their upcoming wedding day.
