Janette and Ruben’s wedding at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables Miami was incredibly romantic and filled with personal details!

It’s always a special moment for us when we get to celebrate familiar faces on their wedding day. Janette is the sister of one of our past grooms, so I was elated to hear that she was now planning the wedding of her dreams. Her wedding took place nearly a year after her brothers. Isn’t life funny in the best ways sometimes? Having the opportunity to work with Janette and her groom, Ruben, at the Biltmore Hotel was amazing because it gave us the opportunity to step into a room of familiar friendly faces. The only difference was that this time, the focus was on Janette and Ruben’s love story!

Janette and Ruben are a very easygoing, laid-back couple, but they are so incredibly romantic! Not only in the way they interacted with each other but with the level of detail they put into every aspect of their wedding day. Janette’s long lace-trimmed mantilla veil was previously worn by her sister on her wedding day, making it a modern heirloom in their family. The bride’s bouquet and the groom's suit were both adorned with memorial photo charms to honor the memory of their loved ones. Additionally, the groom's suit was custom embroidered with the date that they became husband and wife.

All in all, their romantic wedding was planned to perfection. Their color palette consisted of a classic approach with a modern twist, using tones of black and gold with floral greenery to tie everything together! There were nearly 200 guests in attendance as Janette and Ruben became husband and wife. Once they were pronounced, they took to the dance floor for their first dance as a married couple to the song ADMVA by Maluma.
